The family room was comfortable and had 2 windows with amazing mountain view .The room had extra sofa to watch TV comfortably while viewing the mountain .The toilet facilities was good too .Hygiene was well kept .

Overall was good, the staff n facilities... 2nd day, no electricity but the aircond only was working, informed hotel staff, without delay they arrange nxt room for us... N actual check-out was 12pm, due to rushing after convocation, again ask the staff did we can get a extra time for packed up, and the staff giving us extra 1hours, n it really made us happy to fresh-up before head-to seremban.... Thank you so much to travelland hotel staff for smoothing our journey 🤗👍.

Very clean. Good water pressure. Near to eateries and petrol station. Ample parking space. Near a clinic as well. Very convenient location. Friendly staff. The area felt very safe. A good place to stay. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Parking was good as it is on site. Nearby food outlet was convenient, there was a tomyam restaurant, ZUS, Tealive and Starbucks outlet within walking distance.

The location was good - easily accessible. The room was spacious with clean floor, bed & toilet. The highlight is the toilet - very clean , water pressure is good & built very humanly logical. For the first time, I experienced a very humanly logical toilet or else even a 5 star hotel has a very funny toilet arrangement. It's a real value for money & I would highly recommend to anyone. Good job.

The staff very friendly and good ..the ambience very nice and the location also very strategic located with near restaurant...will repeat again..i also refer the review from others but exactly true ..if stay there lepak santai steamboat near there u should try... everything so nice .

Cleanliness....near to mainroad,easy excess,near Tambun HotSpring...easy to find food just beside the hotel...western,Thai food and Malay food.Reasonable price...100% recommended...#VALUEABLE FOR MONEY,

The location is really near to Lost World of Tambun. Private car park is just behind the hotel with CCTV camera. After dinner just by 30 steps walking distance already reach this hotel. I can say very convenient for those who travel to Lost World of Tambun. The price for the room is also reasonable. We took some photos at Roof Top with mountains view before departure back to Penang.

room clean, location strategic with steamboat restaurant nearby. easy access to gas station, tambun park, 24 hours shop. free parking for guest. the staff so friendly. love it. no lift. and just want add on, please monitor other guest, makesure they not bring the iron inside room, the other guest also want use it
